Episode 31: Jennifer Klepper

Jennifer Klepper, author of USA TODAY best-seller, Unbroken Threads

Interview Notes

We chat about reviews which call Jennifer’s book “inspring”, “optimistic” , “compelling” and “moving”, how the book changed during editing, including backstory that had to go.

Jennifer shares reads she’s loving – LITTLE PIECES OF ME by Alison Hammer (coming in April). Side note: I can also certify it’s a 5 start read! She also raves about how Alison’s spirt supports so many of us in the author community (Alison could you hear your ears burning?).

Jennifer is also listening to THE INVISIBLE LIFE OF ADDIE LARUE by @veschwab which she describes as “luscious” and “just gorgeous”.

Her writerly advice? The most important is to find community – for learning, being a mentee, metor, commiserating, celebrating and feel at home (Jennifer and I met through @womensfictionwriters )

We laugh at the end over infrequent newsletters (guilty!), but sign up and Jennifer will send you info on her next book!
